What happens after the 7 days if I don’t upgrade?
You are existing memory stays accessible. If you don’t upgrade to Pro, your account simply moves to the limited Free plan. You keep access within the Free quota and can export everything anytime.
What is the difference between Free and Pro?
Reading, recalling and searching existing Vilix AI memory is uncapped on every plan. Plans differ in the daily allowance for saving new information and in project-board limits. Brief burst protection can pace unusually rapid reads.
How does annual billing work?
Pro is $19.99/month or $189.99/year. Annual is billed once and saves you about 21% versus paying monthly.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in one click from the dashboard. You keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for, then move to the Free plan.
What is the Power plan, and who is it for?
Power is $49/month or $469/year for heavier daily saving, with unlimited project boards and a fair-use safeguard. New accounts start with a 7-day Pro trial. Reading and searching existing memory is uncapped on every plan.
What are project boards, and do they limit my memory?
No. Project boards are organized task views, todo / doing / blocked / done with priority, that any connected AI can read so it sees what you’re working on. Each board also has project_rules: the stack, conventions, and instructions available to connected clients working on that project. Boards are separate from your always-on memory, which is never capped by how many projects you have. Free includes 1 board, Pro 3, Power unlimited.
What are user_rules?
Personal instructions such as short answers or show code first, stored in Vilix AI and supplied to connected clients through context retrieval. Clients must retrieve and follow the rules. Accounts support up to 20 rules on every plan; adding or changing them counts toward the daily saving allowance.
