How tracking works
Your referral link drops a 60-day cookie in the visitor’s browser the moment they click it. If they sign up and pay any time in that 60-day window, the sale is attributed to you, and they automatically get 20% off their first 3 months. If they lose the link, switch browsers, or clear their cookies before paying, the attribution and discount go with it. Send them back through your link before checkout and they’re covered.
Custom discount codes (optional)
By default every partner gets a link, that’s all you need, and the 20% friend discount triggers automatically when your audience uses it. If you’d prefer a memorable code for your audience to type at checkout (e.g. YOURNAME20), email partners@vilix.ai and we’ll create one for you. Either path attributes the sale to you, with no overlap and no double counting.
Refund protection
Commissions stay pending for 30 days. If a customer refunds within that window, the commission is reversed automatically, so payouts always reflect real revenue.
Payouts
Paid monthly on NET-30 terms once you clear the $100 minimum. Tolt sends payments via PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer, you choose your method in the portal.
Taxes
Tolt collects the right tax form (W-9 or W-8BEN) during onboarding and handles 1099s automatically. Nothing manual on your side.
